“These 8 weeks have flown by and I’m super sad. I am not the same person I was 8 weeks ago, I’ve changed both physically and mentally. I am such a more confident and positive person. My faith has grown thanks to Coach Kathryn. I cannot thank her enough. I went from never going to mass, to going to mass every Sunday, joining a church group and also I’ll be beginning my sacraments course this fall. It has been such a beautiful experience to be apart of this challenge ️ These 8 weeks have also kicked my butt at the gym. Workouts are , I definitely felt the burn in every set! I’m beyond happy with LittleandFit’s challenge.. I will be doing another one for sure! I’m going to miss our weekly check-ins, her weekly live videos and also our amazing/motivational FB group. Thanks so much Kathryn for being a great friend and coach."

"Kathryn I can’t wait for the next challenge! I love the workouts so much! They’re so challenging, yet basic movements that anyone can work on and perfect. I’ve been doing your challenges and promos for over a year now, and I’m still seeing growth and changes in my body! It’s so awesome :)
I just have to say that this challenge to me was the most challenging mentally. The first challenge i did last winter was amazing, I had the best results ever! I felt so lean and confident and truly loved the way it ended. But during that time, I was still in school, super busy, had zero time for friends at all, and didn’t go to any family events either because of my crazy schedule (27 credit hours at college and working 5 days a week). My nutrition was always 100% because I never had anything “tempting” me like: friends asking to go out for drinks, getting food with friends, little cousin bday parties, etc.. this year, my schedule is so much lighter that i have time for friends, dates, drinks, etc. I had a wedding, my moms retirement party, outings with friends, a weeklong vacation, etc. In the past, I would’ve either skipped these, or felt guilty for days and beat myself over “ruining progress”
With point of this long paragraph is, my favorite part about this challenge was learning BALANCE. I learned how to balance my love for health and fitness and still have a social life. Still see my friends and family and not feel guilty for having a drink with my girls on the weekend! I learned how to adjust my thought process ( thanks to you!!! 💜) and to me, that is the best and most lasting thing I’ve gained here. I can get workouts and nutrition tips anywhere on the internet, but having a friend in your corner cheering you on, supporting you, giving you advice, and reminding you that quality of life is just as important as anything else makes this a lifestyle and not an 8 week quick fix. All in all, THANK YOU!! 💖💖 from the bottom of my heart for showing me the light!

I am 8 months postpartum with my 2nd son. I think at the beginning of the challenge my outlook was “I need to have a flat tummy and super defined muscles by the end of this in order for me to consider it a success”. But somewhere along the line my mindset shifted and although I am SO happy with where I am at physically and proud of the progress I’ve made in 8 short weeks, that’s not where I see the biggest changes. I am so much more comfortable in my skin, I’m not constantly tugging at my shirts because I think they’re too tight. I am feeling confident in the gym and inspired to try more new exercises that I normally wouldn’t attempt.
The biggest change though has been in my HEART! The culture you created in the Facebook group of young women supporting one another in their journeys to love themselves and to love Christ has inspired me so much in my personal life. My devotional routine is finally a priority for me. I find such peace in starting my days listening to worship music while I do my devotional and just preparing my heart for the day. I am more comfortable in discussing my faith with others. My husband and I now pray together during our devotional which is so beautiful to me because it’s something I have always wanted for us. The growth I have seen in my faith is everything to me, I have always wanted to go deeper but this challenge has finally helped me start to do just that. I find myself praying more, about anything and everything. I am so excited to see where God takes me from here. I am proud of myself for making time for the gym with 2 kids, a husband, working full time, and on top of that continually making time for God throughout my days.
I can’t say thank you enough for what this challenge has given me. You’ve relit the fire inside me for bettering myself physically and spiritually and I am so incredibly grateful. You have such a beautiful heart to be serving others and I’m so glad to have been apart of this! Thank you Kathryn.

"Where do I even start...... Lets just say I am SUPER happy that I did this challenge. Before I started this challenge I was in a rut and felt like I needed to try something new to take care of me. I can never thank you enough for the programs you create. This is my third program with you and in each one I always learn something new and learn to love my body more and more. I struggled so much as you know with all my life stuff. But despite all those set backs, I still feel like all the work I did put in really paid off. My goals has always been to get abs or at least tighten my tummy area. At the end of this challenge my tummy has never felt/looked so good in my eyes. I can literally feel my abs forming underneath. I have never felt so good and happy in my body. I wish everyone could do your program because it is amazing! I gained so much muscle, feel so much stronger, and my confidence levels have risen tremendously. Physically and mentally I have grown and that is what is important to me. But after doing this program, I feel like I earned a ton of knowledge and confidence to help me continue in the gym.
