My name is Kathryn, I'm a 23 year old Physical Therapist Assistant. I'm married to the love of my life, Joshua. I found my love and passion for health and fitness almost seven years ago! This lifestyle has helped me grow and flourish as a person physically & mentally. I also started growing closer to the Lord and he has changed my life. He is so so good and I want to be a light in this world so others can find him and his love, grace, mercy, & kindness.
